History
Jad A. Duncan was born in Nashville, Tennessee in 1976. He attended the University of Tennessee (B.S., 1999) and then attended law school at Nashville School of Law (J.D., 2005).
After passing the Tennessee Bar Exam, he began his law practice in 2005, partnered with his late father, Jimmy A. Duncan.
Currently, Mr. Duncan is practicing law in the historic West Nashville Law Office at 4800 Charlotte Avenue in the Historic Richland Shopping District on the west side of Nashville near Sylvan Park.

Mr. Duncan has compiled experience in the following areas: Complicated divorce matters, alimony, child support enforcement, child support reduction, child custody, visitation arrangements, paternity issues, termination of parental rights actions, adoptions (including step-parent adoptions), representation of probate estates, conservatorship establishment, will drafting, power of attorney and other legal document drafting, contract drafting and review, entertainment industry contract review, general civil litigation, small business representation, etc.
Hobbies
Mr. Duncan is not only an attorney but also an avid music lover and musician (drums). He has had the opportunity to perform with countless groups and several world-class musicians through the years.
Mr. Duncan also enjoys sports, spicy foods and spending time with his family and friends.
